Roth Motor Company lists "Go Motorboards" and "Motorboards" as trademarks. To the best of our knowledge, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) these applications were abandoned in 2005 and are no longer active.

As a supportive community we fully respect Roth Motor Company's application to trademark "motorboard", etc. Any use of these terms on this wiki is in accordance with this.

Vision of product line

John Lynch's vision for the motorboard line is indicated in their Trademark application:

  • Motorized and non-motorized vehicles
    including scooters, water scooters, go-carts, bicycles, tricycles, mini-bikes, mopeds; racks for vehicles; horns for vehicles; rebuild kits sold as a unit; and accessories and parts for the aforesaid goods, including wheels;
